Offer Overview:

  The "Weekday Discount Packages" are provided by Ross & Friends, referred to as "we" throughout this document.

• This offer includes the Private Field, Private Sniffari, Private Crate Escape, Invisible Fairytail Forest and Pay-As-You-Go 1hr experiences during weekdays, both valid until December 31, 2024.

• This offer includes 1 complimentary car and up to 3 dogs.

 

Offer Validity:
Customers can schedule sessions beyond December 31, 2024, as long as the booking is finalised before the conclusion of December 31, 2024.

Booking and Redemption:
Upon purchase, customers will be issued three, eight or eighteen unique codes via email. These codes must be applied during the checkout process when booking weekday sessions.

Unique Code Usage:
Unique codes are to be utilised during the online checkout process when reserving private space sessions. Once a unique code is redeemed, it becomes void and cannot be reused. The session's cost will be automatically adjusted during checkout when a valid code is redeemed for a booking.
 

Refunds, Rescheduling:
All purchases made within this offer are considered final and non-refundable. Customers are not allowed to reschedule or make alterations to their confirmed bookings.
 

Availability and Capacity:
The availability of private space sessions is contingent upon our scheduling and capacity. We retain the right to modify or cancel sessions if deemed necessary. In such instances, affected customers will receive notification and alternative options.
 

General Terms:

We reserve the prerogative to modify or terminate this offer at our discretion without prior notice. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers. We assume no liability for technical complications that could impede the redemption of unique codes or the booking process. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of a unique code. 
 

Privacy:

All personal information collected during the purchase and booking procedure will be managed according to our privacy policy.
